Matthew Spott is an accomplished sales professional having sold over $50,000,000 in lifetime revenue

winning countless accolades along the way. Matthew has over a decade of experience in complex

solution selling continually surpassing quotas and setting new organizational benchmarks. He holds a BS

in Management and Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University, an MBA in Strategy from Wilkes

University, and will complete his Doctorate in Organizational Development and Leadership from the

University of Southern California in May of 2024. In additional to his fulltime career selling software into

the pharmaceutical industry, Matthew is a college professor, an avid real-estate investor, and an award-

winning Toastmaster, motivational speaker and published author. Matthew is a life-long learner and

currently consults for numerous organizations helping them improve their sales culture and improve

both their employee culture and their organizational performance.

Having struggled with depression in his adolescent years, Matthew has a keen understanding of the

importance of mental health, and he places emotional wellbeing at the top both his professional and

personal life. His empathy and understanding of depression led Matthew to begin volunteering as a

crisis counselor at a suicide prevention hotline in early 2021, and it is something he still dedicates time

to. He currently lives in Northeast Pennsylvania with the love of his life, DeAnna, and their three

beautiful children, Matthew VI, Giannia, and Sicilia.
